RETURN POLICY: We have a 30 day return policy from the date merchandise is purchased. All returned merchandise must have a return authorization number. Please call 866-727-8626 to obtain a return authorization (RA) number. This number must be written clearly on the outside of the package. Returned merchandise will not be processed without the required RA number and will be returned to the customer. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Merchandise may be returned by US Post Office, UPS or FedEx. Once the merchandise is received and inspected, credit will be applied to the credit card for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. The original and return shipping cost is not refundable. ALL MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED IN NEW CONDITION.
