Put the number of how many you want or what color or tire choice in the box, be careful as some parts are sold in pairs and others are sold as each.

Please note that we are not able to process credit card gift cards at this time.

RETURN POLICY:

We have a 30 day return policy from the date merchandise is purchased.

All returned merchandise must have a return authorization number. Please call 866-727-8626 to obtain a return authorization (RA) number. This number must be written clearly on the outside of the package. Returned merchandise will not be processed without the required RA number and will be returned to the customer.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Merchandise may be returned by US Post Office, UPS or FedEx. Once the merchandise is received and inspected, credit will be applied to the credit card for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. The original and return shipping cost is not refundable.

ALL MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED IN NEW CONDITION.

TERMS

We ship orders via UPS Ground from Southern California.

For orders under $50 there will be a $10 shipping and handling charge (within the Continental U.S.) For orders over $50 shipping is FREE (within the continental U.S.)

For faster delivery, special handling or for orders being shipped outside the Continental U.S., please contact us for a quote. Our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you! We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

FREE SHIPPING

Wheelchairparts.net offers free shipping on most orders over $50. Qualifying orders must be shipped in the Continental US. We ship via UPS Ground.

Orders shipping outside the Continental US have special shipping price. Please ask us for a quote if shipping outside the Continental US.
